One of the off page seo link building strategy is to submit your blog into various internet directories to get free back links. there are tons of directories available on the internet today that you can made submission – there are website directories and blog directories.

If your site are using blog platform, it allow you to submit into both directories, other wise, you will be only able to submit into web directories. You may try yourself to submit a website to any blog directories, but your site will get reject anyway.

Here is 2 important things you should know off before you go into any directories submission…

2. Do not use the same Title and Description - If you are about do this in all your submission, it will impact your site ranking. To search engine, it is a bad thing as it look like a SPAN.

I would suggest you to prepare at least 5 differences title & description for all your submission and only submit 10~15 directories per day!

There are some good directory submission software products on the market that can save you an incredible amount of time in doing so. The one that called Directory Submitter 3.0. Essentially you simply enter your site details into the software program 1 time, and then it will automatically fill in all of the submission criteria for you. With this Directory Submitter 3.0 software, you can have a set of directories list available to a total of 1600+.

How Do I Proceed Internet Directories Submission?

Well, the directory submitter 3.0 is good but it is a semi auto software and still require some little work to get your submission done.

I am actually using another internet directories submitter called “DLP directory submitter” created by Josh Spauldings. All i can say is that all i need to do is just fill in a form that asks for my blogs or website’s domain, contact email, name, keywords, description and title. I then click “SUBMIT” button. That is it. The directories submissions will be done automatically. This save me even more time although the software only help me to submit to 600+ internet directories.

I also outsource my internet directories submission work to other peoples in digital forum, although this require a little more investment for internet directories submission but the quality is good if you can find some good guys doing this for you
