A well written blog post can get a ton of free Blog traffic if it is done the right way. My approach to writing Blogs is one where I write as if my brother or sister is reading it. This way I put out a post where I give my best effort. This helps make blogging a valuable piece of virtual real estate.

A Blog post is something that adds value to a readers life. It can be about anything, any subject, but it has to give the reader something. A Blog post can be entertaining or it can be informative and solve a problem. Here are some tips that work.

* Choose a topic that fits in with the niche of the Blog. If a Blog is about cooking don’t write about the latest car model. Stick with your main subject. This way it makes sense to the reader.

* Pick a problem then solve it for the reader. For example a Blog on skin care might contain a post of how to have a beautiful blemish free complexion. State the problem you are going to solve in your post . In this case it is skin breakouts. Then offer a solution to the problem. It might be the latest skin care cream or something else you choose to Blog about.

* Act as if a Blog post is important and it will become important. If a billionaire dot.com mogul were to read your Blog how would you feel? This is the feeling to have when putting together a Blog post.

* Give value, value, value. Don’t just fill a Blog full of affiliate links. Of course there is nothing wrong with affiliate links but offer value first. If a Blog post is about a product, show readers how it can better their life and fix their problem. If a Blog is on entertainment is there anything to Blog about to give the reader a smile? The best Blog writers give first, take second.

Blogs are becoming ever more popular online and it looks like there is no slowing down. Internet traffic is at an all time high. If you want to get a ton of free Blog traffic coming your way write a Blog post that people find valuable.

If the Blog post is exceptionalpeople might even bookmark or save it and refer back to it again and again. When this happens you know you’ve delivered big time. The reader is happy and that is the whole point. The purpose of any Blog is to have a host of happy readers.
