Following on from my last blog post “The Greatest Investment You Can Ever Make”, and because this is a subject I am so keen about I decided to actually talk to David Wolfe personally
Together with my co-worker Tim we organised a “teleseminar” in which I asked David the following question:

…in other words the 80/20 rule… what are the 20% of foods and lifestyle habits that give 80% of the results? … the ones that are simple and easy to apply, that any one can put into practice today?”
