His phone # is 702.688.9673 702.688.9673 and his email address is gtorres@snapsweb.com. Mr. Torres is the owner of Rage Productions, who my brother I had the misfortune of doing business with. On March 31, 2009 we signed a contract with Mr. Torres. The contract stated that the launch date for completion of the site would be 20 – 40 days from the signing date. Total cost for the website was 00. We made our first 3 payments of 00 each within the 60 days of signing the contract. Unfortunately Mr. Torres failed to honor his end of the agreement and was nowhere near completion of the site as he had stated in the contract. He continuosly lied and mislead us in regards to progress being made. Several times we had stated it is imperative completion is on time because of launch parties that we had previously scheduled. Mr. Torres was well aware of the launch parties and claimed that he could complete the project within the time allocated.
