Install Automatic Blog Posting Plugin For First Time:

In your WordPress Administration Panels, click on Plugins from the menu.
Click Add New in Plugins drop down menu and click on Upload link on top bar.
Choose automaticblog.zip file from your local computer and click Install Now.
Click on link Activate Plugin.
If you see any error – repeat process from step 1.
In Settings menu click on Automatic Blog and configure settings.

Upgrading from previous automatic blog posting versions:

In your WordPress Administration Panels, click on Plugins from the menu.
To turn the Automatic Blog Plugin OFF, click Deactivate and then Delete.
Click Yes, Delete these files.
